Psychotherapy creates space to process and reflect past and present experiences while uncovering new ways of understanding through insight.

Our lives and relationships can follow patterns from our early childhood and development, both fulfilling and challenging. My approach to talk therapy is grounded in a relational framework aimed at creating authentic moments in therapy. This can either confirm or disconfirm previous experiences and create space to allow creative and insightful problem solving that may alleviate discomfort and distress that comes with living in modern society.
